Customer Service Representative

Summary

Seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to provide exceptional customer service. The primary responsibility is that customer needs are met.  This position is responsible for accurately maintaining all customer accounts. Responsible for accurately promoting, explaining and selling products and services in a positive, informed, professional manner to the public. Timely attendance on a daily basis is required. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with good interpersonal skills; well-developed written and oral communication including active listening skills needed. Requires proficient use of word processing and email, demonstrated proficiency in grammar, mathematical, computer and typing skills.
