We invite you to bring any complaints or disputes to an AEE store or Administrative office in Adak or Anchorage. You may also write to Adak Eagle Enterprises, LLC, ATTN : Customer Service Manager, 810 N Street, Suite 203, Anchorage, AK 99501. Within 7 days we will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint. Within 15 days of receiving your complaint we will send you a letter of determination. If AEE’s determination is not satisfactory, you may contact the Regulatory Commission of Alaska.
