We invite you to bring any complaints or disputes to an AEE store or Administrative Office in Adak, or Anchorage. You may also write to Adak Eagle Enterprises LLC, Attn: Customer Service Manager, 1410 Rudakof Cir, Anchorage, Alaska 99508. Within 7 days, we will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint. Within 15 days of receiving your complaint, we will send you a letter of determination. If AEE’s determination is not satisfactory, you may contact the Regulatory Commission of Alaska.
